Both me and my bag made it safely to San Francisco this evening, where I was greeted by Rachel and a whistle-happy traffic coordinator. Tomorrow I'll pick up Alvi and we'll meet Dan to revel in Rachel's munchkins' winter act. So many good things happening! The holiday decor all over the place is also lovely- although I was kind of sad leaving Quito for a bit, it definitely reminds me that I want to be home for these holidays. So much cheer!
